Needs work. Galaxy s9, there's a drop down menu you cannot close and blocks the top third of the page. Half the time pages do not load. Finish a task, like a survey, and there's no way to ho back to the home screen. The app has gotten better over the years but still needs work.
Something happened with this app about 6 months ago and it's pure garbage now. Logon page doesn't work, forgot password page doesn't work, customer support link doesn't work. If you do some how get logged on, it auto logs you off as soon as you exit the app so you get to go thru the whole process of not being able to logon again.
Forgotten password link never sends reset email. Customer support is useless, they could not do anything to reset my password. So I can't log in at all.
Slow. Will not connect to 3rd party applications (Livongo for example) which is needed to complete certain parameters of wellness programs for our group health plan.
in two days i have only gotten past the login screen once. while navigating the app i accidentally pressed the logout button and have not been able to get back in. This app is the WORST!!! UPDATE: finally reinstalled app to try again. Was able to logon after only one login screen loop. Upgraded to 3/5 stars. App operates no different than using the site on a mobile browser. When will app be able to sync with samsung health?'
