After you have saved a set, a countdown will be displayed for you. The length of the rest time, you can configure in the settings of the app. A notification indicates the end of the rest time and shows you when it is time for the next set. If you don´t like to receive notifications of bodybuilding diary, you can set this in the settings.

* Now with notes for your workouts and exercises *
Did you have a bad day? Were you very motivated today? Did you have assistance with an exercise?
All this information you can now deposit in the app bodybuilding diary.
