This does not work. It doesn't do any of the things it says you can in the help center so you can't actually schedule anything or add other users like your kids.
Says service is unavailable after checking to make sure it was, call up there the lady says erase the app and try again. Been at it since 8am. It's now 1pm. This is a joke, right?
I love this app! Its fast and convenient especially when you don't want to leave the house. Wait time was minimal and the Doctor and support staff are friendly and compassionate. Highly recommend!!
