This app is ridiculously annoying. I have to keep it on my phone because the company I work for uses it. The schedule doesn't show up most of the time unless you manually sync the app but every time you do that the app crashes. So I end up uninstalling and reinstalling the app once or twice a week. If your an employer don't don't have your employees pulling their hair out trying to use this stupid app.
We are currently using their services and all I can say is their intentions are good but man oh man are their apps buggy we purchased the service mainly for their time app so we wouldn't have to rely to much on paper time cards but now we have to completely change how we do time now we have to literally call every employee to try and get their time straightened out. It just adds to your time keeping process the website ui isnt that great constant crashing
This app is garbage needs a complete restructuring. Constant problems, crashes all the time. Keeps me clocked in when it says I clock out. I check it hours ater it said I was clocked out and I will still be on clock. Same for taking breaks.
Once I kinda got the hang of it it was a bit easier. However as with any business, always trying to improve. Bugs arise ! These bugs affect my PAYCHECK & Livelihood ! They get a1 at this time !
Terrible app with many flaws most of which cannot be fixed through software updates, many of which are apart of the system structure itself. I do Not recommend this app to any employer as it is in no way efficient or beneficial. Constant glitches and no account for human error are some on the many ways this app wastes time and causes problems. One star review only because zero is not an option.'
