It's a good casino but they don't ever send you an email/message giving free bonus spins or anything for being a customer. They should at least let you have a few free spins to try out their newest slot games.
This app is full of bugs. The casino's online page isn't much better either. There are games I cannot play because the autorotate feature is bugged on the page. I can even start the game holding my phone in portrait mode and it will still automatically go to landscape and tell me to rotate to portrait, which it will not actually do. Certain games on the site whether using mobile or laptop are laggy or just not functional. Very disappointed.
When using the app I cannot get passed ...we respect your privacy, please read & agree to email marketing & data analytics page. But there is nowhere to agree - or disagree with anything when you ick the 'learn more' links... I NEVER get to the app. I have to get to the website on the internet. The app used to work - now it's useless
The player login isn't connected to the app. It takes you to your web browser and opens up on the web browser instead of the app. You can't view your points, comp dollars, offers, or comp rooms on the app. What's the point of the app if it's going to re-direct me to the website?
I would give this app 0 stars if I could. Theres no way for me to review the actual casino online app so I'm writing it here. I immediately cashed out all the money I deposited to use somewhere else (like draft kings casino or golden nugget) because the slot games dont work and the app keeps logging me out. Very poorly built and terrible customer service. Literally any other nj casino app is better and the new player bonuses here suck. Dont even waste your time here"
