I'd give it a five if the scanner's orientation was fixed so bar codes would be able to be scanned if they were vertical or horizontal. Very annoying trying to scan an item that is in a position that you need to turn your phone sideways and the scanner bar remains horizontal. It changes back even if you have your rotation off. PLEASE FIX THIS. THANK U
The app doesn't work with Android 10. The barcode scanner can't scan barcodes in horizontal mode because the scanner rotates and won't scan. Locking screen rotation in my phone's settings doesn't work because the app ignores this setting. The app is completely useless. Please fix.
Aggravating that I can't set my store location, just because I'm using an android device. System has been buggy lately, timing out constantly. And I cannot use it on mobile data because it uses more data than even movie streaming services.
Frustrating, constantly "authenticating" and timing out. Please fix this, seems authenticating once when the app is started should suffice.
Why is there not an update for newer versions of Android? This version will not work on my phone.'
