Well made intro movie that wows, then a huge disappointment in the actual game you're given boring 6 bit style blocky characters on a flat map. Make the game match the intro video, because that video sets the bar high for player expectations only to be let down with a lame game. It's like when you read a book get really in to the first chapter start to like the first character, and boom they are killed off, don't do that.
