first time use was good but the second time they literally duped me, after paying for trip up front, they called said they have stopped providing services within city n didn't even get ready for refund. If truly they stopped service why did the app let me book a trip and even pay for it, it should have blocked me fro. doing so. also no response from customer service.
Good user experience and easy to understand the flow of the business. Thanks wowtruck. Website background previous was good as compare to now it's not matching the contents because background was dominating more. Please change it.
it's the worst app that I have ever seen and if u try to make a booking u r whole day will get wasted... I have experienced yesterday I.e 08.june.2018 when ever i asking the customer care team they will keep on asking that I need some time some time keep on prolonging and they have waste my whole day at the day ends they will say we dont have vehicle to serve for u requirement . it is time wast app
Not worth for single star. Scheduled for a truck. But vehicle was not assigned at all. As vehicle was not assigned, it collapsed our entire plan and made us to look for an alternative.
Use less app . Company gives a rate for trip and driver demands a rate for the same trip . If you say no for the driver expectation he will say I can't come ..all this conversation will spoil your time . First booking itself consumes more time then u have to negotiate with the driver . Better go to local stand where you can get very less fare"
