Worst customer service. Rude and Ignorant. I had placed my order 2 days ago and still didn't recieve it and no proper updates from their team. They have canceled the order now and no news on refund. Nearby retail water services are better than this app. Cheap as well as timely execution from retail shops. Don't switch to this app for online service, worst app ever.
Order delivery not completed yet. Order using instant option as needed water immediately. It's been more than an hour no update still pending for acceptance. Looking at 4.7 Rating installed the app thinking of will not have to struggle. But unfortunately it's not what it looks like.
It was easy to order and get it delivered to my home. The quality of WATER CAN is far better compared to the local vendors who supply CANS which are unhygenic. Thank You WaterCart for your service. I would recommend everyone to order once with WaterCart, to know the difference of product quality what we get from local vendors.
