The app gives live progress of works in both the phases of the State Highway Development Project in Karnataka, India. Anyone can play online this app and get the physical progress, financial progress as well as the quality aspects of the works which involves about 7500 km of state highway works spread across the state. The project comprises of 136 work packages and the information is being fed directly from the project work sites. This a great initiative of the Karnataka Public Works Department in promoting transparency in one of its largest project being implemented to date. As always Karnataka leads the country in innovative applications of Information Technology in public domain!!
