Tracking isn't upto date. The complaint option does create a complaint or generate a ticket for future reference.
Group of thieves and dacoits established this setup. Everytime I buy something and pay in advance they never deliver the parcel. I've lost 13 parcels in total and no one is there to answer about this. I Called, Emailed, reported on citizen portal but nothing works.
This app is very good. And service of pakistan post is very excelent. I received a parcel from pakistan to japan in only six days. I can't believe. It is very fast and cheaper than other private courior companies. And can be checked on website and pak post app. I suggest that all pakistani use only pakistan post. I give 5+ ********.
Every feature that I tried didn't work. It's an incomplete app which truly depicts the incompetence of the post office.
App is great, I have suggestion for the developer, please make an option to save our tracking number so that we do not have to copy them from other location everything. Thanks again and please reply me if you liked it.
