The "Latino Opportunity Initiative" mobile application serves as a platform for building social capital through community and civic engagement. Users connect to a network of local and national Latino influencers by browsing "Community Leader" profiles. Users can interact with community leaders through the app or through their existing social media accounts. The network pushes out valuable information and resources in English and Spanish through “Channels” that strengthen and lift up Latino neighborhoods.
