`The glasses look very cartoonish. Most of the "styles" I would never even try on, let alone wear. I was looking for rimless glasses, but there aren't any. If they get serious about selling glasses and show actual pictures instead of cartoon drawings and get some decent styles, I might try again.`,Kinda crappy. Glasses are crooked. They have a poor selection of glasses and I dont want to go through the process of looking up other stores glasses. I wish they would just keep it simple and fast for the user.
It doesn't work, you can't take a picture, I don't know where to go to select more glass frames, it won't even let you exit out of the app You have to close it completely by going to all running programs and swiping up from there.
I have my lights on in my house and yet it's dark and I can't even see what I'm trying on. On top of that, when trying to search for women's glasses it's hard to find them. Keep it simple, like here's mens and here's women's. If I could give a negative score I would!
I spent time trying to find the glasses I want and then, when I try to buy them, I can't. Instead, I'm sent to a store in East Asia to try to find my glasses that I just found (not available, by the way). Worse than useless. My experience with this app indicates to me that Warby Parker gleefully engages in bait-and-switch sales tactics."
