If you're reading this it's probably already too late. Stop reading now and try to return whatever you bought that uses this app before your return period runs out because you have been scammed. This app does not work, the pet trackers I bought do not work. Everything about this is a scam.

Is not working. It says my device is off line even is not. The worst purchase ever on Ali Express, pet tracker and the worst app used with device. None of them work at all.

UPDATE App no longer opens. After a couple weeks "Connection Timed out" Tried my second device and still get the same message. At over 2GB in size!!! It is the largest app on my phone! I will attempt returning. *****You need this app and the QR app from the box for it to work. And the QR app is what you use. Which is kind of lame. I LOVE THE ACCURACY!!!

App won't even let us register. Tried 2 different phones, number combinations and uninstalling and restarted phone. Tried on wifi and data. Nothing. Just a terrible app.

Sucks!! Can't register. Can't make the GPS collars work. Don't buy this product!! Sadly, by the time you see this, you will have already spent money on this collar."
