Has worked well until the last update. Haven't been able to log on for almost 2 weeks , and when I try to reset password it tells me my email is not recognized as a member even though I have a subscription. I've tried reinstalling the app and using different devices, no difference. If this was working I would have given 5 stars!
For me, the app is currently totally unresponsive. When started, it displays a black screen and nothing else. However, I still see notifications when I receive a message. However, because I can't read or respond to these messages, senders must just think I'm ignoring them. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, to no avail. However, because I can't even get to the login screen, naturally after the reinstall, I no longer see message related notifications.
constantly freezes and have to reboot phone. glitches in program causes repeating of same messages on multiple occasions. haven't been able to use the app for the past three days, even after uninstalling then reinstalling, black screen shows up and app doesn't open up. Too many problems! not worth the aggravation. Needs a serious overall and updating of the mobile app.
TERRIBLE! No longer works. I try to log in, & all I get is a solid black screen, nothing else! I've forced stopped/restarted, uninstalled/re-installed, & more. Nothing works. (No surprise; no update in well over a year!) I'm just going to delete the useless app anyway. Besides, of all the apps like this that I've used, THIS one is the ONLY one from which I have NEVER met a single guy. Not one. Now how could I be so successful with every other app but not this one? It's simple—this app stinks!
Update taken forever to be released for Android. Making amy paid subscription basically imposible to use. Upset that it has progressed this long. Basic features function well, why the app gets an overhaul. Some features and abilities hopefully to be gained. Time will tell. But as for now, it does it's job with limited glitches.
