For me the app crashes completely after the selfie, for my wife it gets much further but gets stuck after the signature photo (goes nowhere on clicking the red button to take the picture except back to take another sig pic).
App freezes on the specimen signature stage. Could not complete verification. Useless.
Glitchy, non responsive, OCR barely works and crashes. Waste of time'
