The Dynamic Mobility App is designed by Dr. Chris Ellis, a physical therapist in the United States. You will have the option of choosing a joint of the body and seeing a list of exercises with video on how to properly mobilize a joint or stretch the surrounding musculature.

It also comes with links to Dr. Chris' podcasts and blogs, recipes, hydration reminder, health tracker, and online programs.
