This app is good and treatment is also very good. However the receptionist on the clinic is very arrogant and not helpful at all. Whenever we calls at the hospital she never helps with the information and provides wrong information. Please change her it will be very helpful for the patients who visit to the clinic.
Staff is not professional. Even though you pay for online consultation, staff doesn't respond on WhatsApp for consultation time. Staft didn't bother to call.. even they didn't answered to several calls. Today we have waited from 7PM to till 12:30 AM der call but call didn't happened. Very miss management by supporting doctor who's job is to showcase stethoscope only and measure BP that's it. it frustrates more.. We trust Dr Sadre Sir we have complete faith on der treatment. But staff is useless
