Pathetic experience...pls don't book for family...they treat people like luggage. Had booked my parents trip to Goa with them and it has been a fiasco right from the word go. First, senior citizes, already known to Dpauls, were made to wait for 30 mins outside the airport with luggage, then they were left on the road close to their resort to drag their own luggage. If that wasn't enough, they were given rooms on the first floor which ruined their complete stay.

Worst experience Hotel rooms which they have offered are stinky entirely different from website Towels are stinky so as the bed sheets We tried to contact the manager Mr. Rajesh to resolve the issue and he started arguing with us instead of.providing is atleast neat place which is basic necessity.
