What do real dreams look like?

Hazrat Muhammad the Prophet (pbuh) said: "The faithful vision of a believer is a forty-sixth part of prophethood." A piece of prophecy cannot be a lie."

In this hadith, scholars have explained the reason why the Prophet called a faithful dream a forty-sixth part of prophethood: Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)'s prophethood lasted for 23 years, and his faithful dreams lasted for six months. Six months are forty-sixths of 23 years.

Not everyone is blessed with faithful dreams. It is said in the hadith that the dream of one whose words are true will also be true. Believers, moral people, who perform prayers on time, have a higher probability of having a correct dream.

The correct interpretation of dreams is also an important issue. Not everyone is able to correctly interpret their own or other's vision. This requires knowledge and special talent.
