DiaFocus play online

The DiaFocus app is created to be used by people with type-2 diabetes mellitus. It provides structured data collection and visualization in relation to health habits and behavior; wellbeing and emotions and offers a means plan activities and set goals for managing type-2 diabetes.
The DiaFocus app in its present version is only usable by participants registered separately in the feasibility study to test app stability and usability in a limited period.
