Key App Functionalities :

Once an order is accepted by the Admin, Delivery Champ receives notifications with regard to that order.

The customer can also track the delivery boy's activities. The tracking link is shared in an SMS once the order pickup is successful.

Customer feedback can be shared by the delivery boy through this app.

Orders categorized into Delivered, Failed and Ongoing can be viewed by the delivery boy.

Delivery Champ can access order delivery addresses on Google Map.

PLEASE NOTE THAT: DELIVERY CHAMP APP IS A COMPANION APP AND NOT A STANDALONE APP. It works in tandem only with Admin Panel for the VENDOR.
