The product is great, the price is unbeatable, the form factor is sleek (not ugly like Broadlink) and the ability to have a universal remote that smoothly integrates with your home automation is priceless; however, the app is the problem and lacks functionality to control a device. Take a fan for example... you cannot have a speed up and a speed down button. You still will need your original remote for this. I hope this gets addressed in an update, but updates are far behind.
Easy to pair and use without much learning curve. Great product. Now i can automate to turn on my aircon before I reach home. Good for beginner wanting to own smart home. works out of the box with AMAZON Alexa and Google Home voice assistant.
