The app has a lot of bugs. The map just jumps around when you try to look at places nearby making it very hard to choose locations. Also WeFit just randomly removes places being available so don't count on your favourite location being available week to week. Sometimes it just disappears or they remove certain services.
I contacted customer service so many times to request their support on my account issues. The hotline agent was not helpful at all, he promised to call back but he did not. Then, I sent many requesting emails but no one replied. Very disappointed on the customer service.
The app does not function properly. Impossible to use the map, emailed customer service multiple times, no one got back to me. Very disapointing.still use it tho haha XD
It only allows me to type the new password (twice) in 10 secs, and I never got enough time to do that. So I just gave up after four times trying to type the password as fast as possible. I don't get it?
