Needs a lot of improvements. Last 2 days it shows my childs bus having never left the parking garage. No way to contact app developers or any one from within app. No link or contact info what-so-ever. The general layout is nonsensical and/or content seems only to serve as a way to take up space for the sake of appearance. Only a small fraction of the entire app is of any use. And that is only when it is functioning.
It would not allow me to sign in for 15 minutes after creating an account. Then, there is nowhere to change password in the account. It continually tells me that I cannot edit or save new information. When I go to look for summer bus schedule, it says no information available until August.
Nice try but a miss. The app doesn't update where the bus is located often enough. It will show it in one place but it's in front of my house. Not reliable. My husband has searched for the app but it won't show up.
Notifications do not work. I set up the area I wanted to be notified about. It hasn't worked with morning pick up or afternoon drop since I downloaded it."
