no difference from the first Uganda vote...... which has been saying no internet connection yet i have it. it's s pity that in this time we need it but doesn't work, fellow nup Ugandans where is our u vote app our bobi wine launched. whoever has that working app please share the link n save us before 14 this months coz this apps here are not working, too bad for us.
