This application allows members of group benefits plans that are administered by The Benefits Trust to submit their claims by simply taking a picture of theirofficial receipts for the service or expense, including proof of payment. The application will send the claim directly to The Benefits Trust claims processing department. No need to mail, scan or fax your receipts. Simply take a picture and submit. Always keep your original receipts.
