Keeps asking for a valid email address, when using my email address, it keeps saying the address is already in use, when I ask to reset the password. It doesn't send any email links to reset. Not recommended.
Does not work, keeps asking fine read permissions for the downloaded issues, does not allow access. Absolutely disgraceful that you charge users for something that does not work.
I bought 1 magazine and it keeps telling me I don't have the right to play online and to sign in with another account. I have signed in with the only account I have with magsonline. I have also e-mailed them with no response from them. I want my money back! 10/6/15: That's nice! (I say sarcastically) 2 people get replies. Not 1 word to solve my problem. Being a subscriber for 2 or 3 years means little to you. Thanks for all the help.
Sadly what the others say here is true. I bought a magazine through the app and it comes up with a weird error that says it cant provide a receipt so I am unable to read the magazine. Was much easier to get as a proper magazine through google newstand.
The only thing that stops me from downloading this magazine is the fact that the editor in the free trial only speaks about how good the magazine works on the iPad. Does that mean it won't work on my android tablet? Not worth the risk."
