Crashes & freezes regularly. V sensitive to phone background activity interrupting & freezing it e.g. receiving a text. Needs session over ride feature to keep app live whilst it's running or time out setting will freeze it if it comes on half way through a time lapse. Pls look at log reports I sent.
I have the same problem as the previous user, on Android. Can not control the rollocam. It works once in 10 ... The screen freezes and the application crashes.
I am using Samsung S9 and Adroid version 10. The app is not working. It says not found. Bluetooth is showing paired.
The dolly doesn't move once the phone goes to screen lock mode or minimizing the apps. is this normal? Or do i need to change any settings.
You don't care about your clients at all. Three years later and it doesn't work on a single phone! What a negligence. Disappointed. Never buy anything from these people."
