Play this online game named MediData.

MediData – your electronic post service for forwarding reimbursement receipts to your insurer.

With this app you can submit the reimbursement receipts to your insurer easily, quickly and free of charge. And you can do so in just 3 simple steps:
1. Scan reimbursement receipt
2. Select insurer
3. Send reimbursement receipt

Scan
The integrated scanner enables you to easily and quickly capture reimbursement receipts through the camera on your smartphone.

Select
Choose your insurer at the time of treatment. The most recently selected insurers appear at the top of the list.

Submit
The system used to transmit your data meets stringent requirements in terms of both safety and data protection regulations. The safety standards are equivalent to those used for e-banking, so that data is sent in encrypted form (SSL technology). MediData AG is certified according to ISO 27001 Information Security (international standard) and the Data Protection Certification Ordinance (DPCO, Swiss standard).

If the insurer you selected has not yet signed up to it, we will send the document by post. In this case, it can take a few days to send it to your insurer.

Prerequisite:
This app can only be used if your doctor or laboratory sends the bill via MediData. The identifying feature is the text "forward via www.medidata.ch/patient" at the top of the reimbursement receipt.

With MediData, you can save yourself the trouble of putting a stamp on the envelope and going to the post office. Since it is quick and easy to use, you can perform your administrative duties any time and anywhere.
