The app does not recognise my emails address. I booked a ticket online and the app doesn't recognise it.
This app is horrible. Go to Irish Ferries directly. DF double charged me. They messed up the dates I entered for my crossing. THEN charged me an amendment fee, they also charged me a second amendment fee 2 days AFTER my crossing to ireland!!! DO NOT USE THIS APP. they only thing they are good for is times.
Terrible customer service, to be avoided like the plague. I lost a return ticket because they were unable to amend it in time.
Using legal loophole the company scammed my family and ruined our vacation. I wasn't able to cancel my tickets and get my money back 1 month prior the ticket date. They usually don't answer emails unless you report them to the authorities. Worst service ever.
`Worst app I've used in a while The functionality is appalling - child entries defer to infant and then won't accept details, because they aren't infants. The app refuses to accept accurate information and sends an error message. There in no way to "go back" and edit. Bloody awful.`Page navigation:
