GOLDEN HOUSE MULTIMEDIA in collaboration with Kuma wood TV runs a non- profit tv reality show dubbed Golden Child.
Our mission is to help unleash and nurture the creativity and God given talent abilities in the kids- We strive to provide an enabling environment for the young ones to learn and be inspired through the arts.
Season one was successfully organized and Kwartemaa, a Junior High School student from TI AMASS B, emerged first with Yaa Adoma and Acheampomaa placing 2nd and 3rd respectfully. Critical and constructive criticism by the Judges (Mr. Enoch Agyiri, Akwasi Obibinii and Rev. Isaac Aidoo) groomed the talents of the kids to the peak throughout the show. Comments from the late Rev. Samuel Nyame Adom, formal area pastor of Christ Apostolic church int, oforikrom Area consoled the kids that could not make it to the final 4 and edged thier parents to help shape the talents of their kids. Christiana Awuni, a movie actress who graced the final day occasion also emphasized on the need for the talents hunt to be frequent and edged organizers to stay focus in shaping the talents of the kids.
The event commences with three sequential auditioning , where beautiful talents and creative arts from these young ones are captured,after which organizers proceed to shortlist contestants who made it through the audition stage and have their names submitted to their respective coaches for training through out the show (8 weeks) . Cash prizes and several other packages are given during and at the end of the show to congratulate outstanding kids for the good work done.
