Accurate carb counting is not a simple, but essential daily process for diabetics or people who care for diabetics.

Carbok app - is a vision of how to make carb counting easier by removing repetitive, day to day tasks. It lets you store and manage products, set default portion sizes, calculate carbs based on quantity or portion weight, record and manage meals. Alternatively, you can use a simple carbohydrate calculator if you don't need to log and monitor your carbohydrate intake or have little time for the task.

PRODUCTS
It is difficult to maintain accurate carbohydrate information for foods due to the many variations and different origins. Carbok comes with some of the most trusted products (mainly fruits and vegetables) to get you started. The database is periodically updated and new products are added, but some of them may not meet the criteria and may be excluded from the database.

MEALS
Carbok calculates the total amount of carbohydrates in products added to a meal, providing an overview of the sugar proportion, proportion of product categories, so you can see and analyse your eating habits.

Logged meals can be copied from another day, the products and their sizes can be adjusted. Meal types can be reordered on the same day. Notes added.
