`Weird experience. At first I rated it only one star. Just now I added a second one. It didn't make sense to me that app does not have an option for US dollar as a "sales point". I was able to buy a ticket in Canadian CAD and my bank converted to USD. So, no problem after all. Still, app can't remember me. Each time I need to type in my name and booking code to see my electronic ticket. It almost seems like this app lags 10 years behind developments in modern travelling world.`,Bookings not saved. Flight status is only for Prague Airport arrivals and departures, not departures from other airports. Boarding pass also not saved, you have to reenter reservation info each time.
Cannot find a flight I booked through CSA. The CSA website finds the flight given the same info.
(1) In almost two years I've seen basically 1 update (2) It still doesn't save your bookings (3) It still forgets that your CSA Ok Miles member details. In short you might as well just use their website. I have no idea why I still support such a lazy airline or why the person in charge of their website and this app hasn't yet been fired! I will remove this when those things have been solved.
User unfriendly overall, in the specific I couldn't rectify my seat and because of that I end up paying the seat because at the counter they couldn't change it manually! In any case it is the worst customer service I ever had. They act as low cost company even though they are not supposed to be."
