Cuidado is a mobile application designed for healthcare domiciliary providers who perform the duties of daily visits to service users such as people needing daily support to achieve better health outcomes. Cuidado acts as a dedicated monitoring solution that helps to ensure that care given is as expected and that such given care is documented. The primary purpose of our app is to ensure that care delivered is efficient, safe, caring, and well-led.

With the use of our QR code scanner, support workers are able to scan QR codes which give instant feedback to management via Cuidado software providing arrival and departure times.

Our primary target audience is home care services providers and cares support workers.

Cuidado currently gives access to care providers to access information of service users as stored by providers. This information consists of services provided such as duties required of support workers on each visit including practical support such as cleaning, shopping, and other services.
