Comments:

There is a very big difference between launching an app claiming to offer a service/product and backing those claims with actual service. Paid for the water which was eventually delivered at night, 4 DAYS AFTER. This in addition to other aggravating issues I can't mention for want of space. The entire operation leaves a lot to be desired and my experience was a very saddening one. -5 stars.

This is not even an app. It's just website delivered through an app view. I'm logged in, but every time I make an order, I enter my details all over again during checkout. That's bad user experience.

You guys should work on this app.... It's difficult to use. I've been trying to make payment for the past one hour and it's hanging.... You can't type the card numbers... I thought it was from my network.... Until I just did my dstv subscription without any delays.... You guys should work on this app.

Very horrible service. Terrible customer care. A very ill-mannered lady mans the phone line. No consideration for their customers. Take customers for granted probably because they feel they have visibility on Play store. What was supposed to be a good idea to help Enugu inhabitants has become a joke! Just stick to your local water transporters. Avoid this app!

App in itself works well, placing orders and payment was not an issue. Delivery is the problem. If you are ready to wait for 2days or more as I noted someone complained about 4days then it's ok I guess. Wondering why I didn't read reviews b4 I signed up....."
