I'm really enjoying the game. However, there are some glitches. The game will freeze up while the numbers are still rolling. Then just before the last bingo is called, it starts working. Impossible to catch up. It's hard to give a higher rating while this problem exists. P.S. I lost quite a few of the power ups I bought with my coins because of this problem. New Update !!! Now the game just shuts down in the middle of a game. Lost even more of my power ups. Game has problems. I'm Deleting!!!
I like the game so far. The one thing that's very annoying is every time I open the app, it asks me to sign into Facebook. It's the only bingo app that does this out of all the ones I have. Please fix? Also it seems hard to get bingos if you don't have power ups, which costs coins that are hard to win to begin with...the cost for power ups should be cheaper or more power ups should be included for 396 coins...
This is a good game..but it could be great. There really needs to be an option to control the speed of the numbers being called. I'm a very experienced bingo player and it's damned near impossible to keep up... Not recommend for beginners. Also this is for the developers of the game... If you were to make the screen shot a little bigger with the four card play so you could see it, in addition to slowing down the number call you would probably keep a lot more players that way. It's way too fast
Fix your game, it is freezing up, I have lost about 40 credits trying to play. Cards selected, countdown goes to zero and then nothing. Tried to contact support, and it is frozen also, can't even type in email or complaint. This happened again April 2020. Lost 72 credits., exactly the same scenerio. Finally was able to notify sipport thru the app. Love the game but have no more levels or rooms to play, under construction for months now.
Update: showing network error again. I uninstalled and reinstalled as well as cleared all stored info on my devicee. Also the gamee wont allow me to utilize any functions including support Loved at first but too many technical glitches is frustrating. I started to win and move forward. As of yesterday the game wont let me collect freebies and just keeps telling me network error or my network has stopped. I have several other games on my phone and no errors.'
