Incredibly dissappointed to see that I have to pay to do anything on the app. It used to be completely free and honestly much better in terms of app design. It's tragic that after waiting for years for it to be on the Google play store, a membership is required to do absolutely anything. I used to love the app and company but now I'm just sad. Wow.
dont know if this is a glitch, or if im doing something wrong, but every time I try ro pick any picture it tells me I need to have a membership. this happend with all the pictures and types of writing that I tried, and if you want to write anything you need a picture to go along with it. The app doesn't even tell you what pictures you can or cant use. so if you don't buy the membership the app is useless. If you want use story bird I'd recomend the pc version, because it actualy works.
The app is, in my opinion, one of the best things Storybird has done. Yes, there are one or two things that are different than the website, but it is easier to use than the website when I'm on my phone. This has really helped my writing.
Storybird is an amazing app to learn, improve, and gain confidence as a writer. Although geared to school age children it is for all ages including adults. It is a very positive, moderated, and safe website.
it's so much fun because you can write books and read books. The only thing is you have to be a member to submit a book. You can earn stuff well you have to do stuff. you have to sign in to do suff."
