SPOT is an app that connects drivers to each other. it lets an arriving driver see which space and what location a parking space would be available before or after arriving.
It lets departing driver indicate that they would be leaving a spot or had left a spot and it might be available to whoever is arriving in that perimeter and would like to park on the street.
