this place is insane, I am strongly contemplating switching my insurance. my app stopped working and would not show me what I owe. then I use the website and it says I owe 0 dollars for November 2018 when it's the end of January 2019. I've been checking everyday because money is tight and I needed to pay it. i get my bill in the mail today saying i only have a few days left to pay it but the website and the app will not let me pay or even show my balance. they dont care to inconvenience you.
`Enrolled to pay my bill. It worked one time and now won't let me log in when I know my information is correct. Says "user not found" when I select "forgot password" to try to reset it, yet when I try to setup using the same email, it says, "user exists". SUPER ANNOYING. Not to mention they send no confirmation email to verify setting up your account.`,Can't get any information other than my insurance cards. Keeps telling me to log out and then log back in just to get to my payment history or account info.
This app does not update automatically with the most current information. I am not able to view anything pertaining to my policy other than the insurance card which is old information.
Everytime i try to file my claim it exits the app and becomes unresponsive. Very helpful when you actually need it.. NOT'
