With the app, you will receive reminders to help you stay on track with your daily actions, track your daily action plans, see your goal progress, and can message your coach when you need support. Your coach can also see how youre going with your goals, and is there to support you along the way, so you receive the support you need when you most need it. Over time youll get more confident with making the changes you need to live a healthier life.
