Five different levels of exercises that you can practice in office, car, home, train or simply wherever you want in real time!

We now have two ways of training:
- Manual training, where you can choose the exercises, how many times you want to do them, and the degree of difficulty.
- Personal trainer mode, where you select the muscle to be trained, by specific exercises selected for you.
