As far as I understand, Eurom smart is based on China's Tuya Smart Life system. So, if you link to Google Assistant, you have to search for Smart Life instead of Eurom. I realized this when Eurom devices briefly showed up under Kruidvat Smart Home entry. recently, my indoor heater was affected by a hours long server outage. Other than that, I do not have any complains about Eurom Smart app. Works fine.
This app needs an upgrade. The connection is unstable. After 2 weeks of use it is still not possible to determine whether the by me installed program settings are adopted. What is indicated on the element screen does not correspond with what is indicated in the app. That makes it really unclear. I cannot rely on the automatic settings when I am away for a longer time. And that is why I purchased this Alutherm 1500 wifi. However, the heater gives a pleasant warmth.
There is no way to connect the application to Alexa smart home or Google assistant, for such an expensive products it is unbelievable how old cheap it looks and the remote control is a joke! It looks like a toy remote control than a 799€ air conditioner.
Great for what it is intended to do and easy to use. It tells me 'network error' on first connection but otherwise works fine.
The app does what it's supposed to do.. But right now I am really missing the feature to connect to my Google home or Alexa."
