This app was never great to start with, now it's totally unusable. Can't connect to the black box WiFi network (yes password is correct) and when I do connect and open the app the wifi disconnects. Tried emailing customer service and after a week no response at all! Cannot recommend this app, product or company. Seriously considering ripping it all out of the car and eating the cost of installing an entirely new hardware/software system so long as this company isn't involved with the production in anyway (even making the packaging!). Does not work on android. Can't find anymore on apple store. I think they've pulled it due to lack of app support. This essentially renders the video unit completely useless. AVOID BUYING AT ALL COSTS!
My dad had gotten me the dash cam for Christmas and we just installed it today. However, I haven't been able to even get the app to connect to my phone. It's very disappointing considering that we had just installed it today after a recommendation from his friend.
`Sucks!!!!! iPhone can't connect at all. Android connects, app gets me to change wifi access point name and password - bad English says INCLUDE special characters "- "_" but actually the instruction should be NOT include!!! Then the system does not let me go beyond that. I cannot see real time video. I cannot see recorded video. Cannot see anything. Full stop.`,Went to use it for the first time today, due to a bingle, and the dash cam didn't record it. It somehow missed a full minute of footage, which was when the accident happened. Absolutely useless, especially when I spent a huge amount of money for purchase and installation. To say I'm unhappy is an major understatement."
