Rubbish, no idea why you need a separate app and can't access then deal on phone internet browser. My perks at work login details didn't even work! Why confuse and add to the process when it was all originally in one place!!
Didn't work. Odeon could not scan/find ticket. Manager let us in, but told us to raise the issue with you.
I would advice against using this service. There is no after sales care and the tickets are sometimes cheaper direct from the retailer. it's not a deal at all if you are buying children's tickets as well. They don't have enough warnings to say where some vouchers can't be used and they will not offer refunds for vouchers that don't work. I've used it 2 times and had issues both times.
Don't believe the prices or savings quoted in this app. The app said that my Vue tickets would be half price with a £7.50 e-code, but in actual fact a ticket at that cinema is only £6.74. Using e-codes through this app actually cost me more than booking direct with the cinema. I then found out that you cannot get refunds on e-codes bought through Perks at Work. EDIT I have reached out, as you suggest, and have been told that e-codes are non-refundable.
Good app with very solid discounts. I just wish they had an app from Travel because the mobile version of the website doesn't support hotel search"
