My name is Marc Falzon, Owner of BenchMarc Performance.
I work within and Pt from a gym called The Collective at Erina On the Central Coast of NSW.

During a rough period in my life I turned to exercise and the gym, and group training where I quickly discovered the huge benefit that being healthy and active whether it be alone, in a group or team environment, had on ones mental health, physical health and so on. I'd always been relatively fit due to many years playing representative football(soccer) but it wasn't until trying these different styles of training that I realised how being fit in one area doesn't necessarily translate to fitness in other areas.

Soon after I decided I wanted to help people on their own fitness journeys. Whether they are totally new to fitness/exercising/healthy lifestyle or they are regular gym goers who want some variety in the training, to goal specific or sport specific training, injury rehabilitation- where we work alongside your Allied health professional to get you back to everyday life/work/sport/ fitter and stronger than before.

I enjoy 1 on 1 training, small groups, older generations, but being from a team sports background I really enjoy the dynamic of pushing people mentally and physically. Finding and breaking through their perceived limits, teamwork and team building exercise, building a belief in themselves within that team, and belief as a team, coaching people to all become leaders and not shy away from a challenge or adversity.

I am committed and passionate about learning and growing within the industry for the benefit of all my clients, members of the gym, the general community along with myself.
