Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is the statutory title of qualified accountants in the United States who have passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination and have met additional state education and experience requirements for membership in their respective professional accounting bodies and certification as a CPA. Individuals who have passed the Exam but have not either accomplished the required on-the-job experience or have previously met it but in the meantime have lapsed their continuing professional education are, in many states, permitted the designation "CPA Inactive" or an equivalent phrase. In most U.S. states, only CPAs who are licensed are able to provide to the public attestation (including auditing) opinions on financial statements. The exceptions to this rule are Arizona, Kansas, and North Carolina where the "CPA" designation and the practice of auditing are not restricted. Many CPAs are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants or their state CPA society.

There are good questions, but it is really scary that some of the answers that show up as correct, later turn out to be incorrect when you read the explanation. I don't mind the ads that much considering it is a free app, but I wouldn't want to pay for this app since it is marking the wrong answers as correct anyway. I was able to manually edit the answers to switch them around for my purposes. You will need to be alert as well.
Lots of questions applicable to CPA studying. However, if you want to review the answers for an explanation, it will ONLY work once for the session. So if you want to review 10 solutions, it will gove you the first one, ans then repeat it for the other 9. Major bug with using this as a learning app.
Easy to navigate and very clear and concise words/questions. Very informative! Loved it!
