I cant get passed the first page. It pops up a box to enter my phone number. I enter it and it gives me an error message stating (missing necessary parameters).
A bit dissapointed, I was about to transfer my rewards (300) to gcash but then I got an error "Sytem timeout kindly contact administrator for refund" This happened twice last year around July-November the amount is 600 but I never heard back from the escalation team. Again this happened twice still no resolution. Will definitely change the rate once they have a resolution.
TAT of converting points to gcash should be within 7 business days based on the app. It is way toooooo looooonnggg wait time already. The worst part is, its been more than 7 working days but still got nothing in gcash. So yes 1 star or maybe no star at all. :( This should make everything convenient but it defeats its purpose. Very disappointing.
I always encounter issues transferring my points to Gcash. Customer support takes ages to respond to inquiries and concerns. It makes the user frustrated rather than being excited for being rewarded.
Just terrible. I keep getting errors every single time I try to redeem anything. Not one transaction went smoothly. The last transaction was the last straw. No vouchers were created but the points were removed from my account. Not helpful at all.'
