Network Access: We use network access to communicate with our servers for just about everything in the app including uploading photos, videos, comments, etc.
Location: We use location when you choose to post where you are, but we won't use your location otherwise.
Contacts: We show contacts you can invite to when building an album, and we only send invitations to people you choose to follow along. Your contacts will not be uploaded to our server.
Write External Storage: We use this permission if you choose to play online photos from other members of your album.

This app used to be great, now whenever I try to upload photos or videos from my phone it allows me to choose the photos ans says processing then finalizing, and then nothing happens/uploads I have tried various photo books and every one of them has the same issues. I can only log into the website via a computer, which i have to transfer the pictures to, and then using a computer it will allow me to add stuff. This app needs some major fixes!
Easy to use and perfect for a small social group! Update 11/6/21: Unfortunately, I no longer rave over this app. It will not allow me to upload multiple pictures at once. Previously, I could upload one at a time. Though it took forever, I still did it because I wanted to share the photos. Now, it won't even let me upload a single picture. I have a Pixel 4a. Maybe that has something to do with it. Regardless, it's incredibly frustrating.
Cluster is pretty great. No, it's not perfect and sometimes a little limited in regards to editing, reactions, commenting reactions, etc. but for my family, it's been a lot of fun. We got tired of Facebook and all the junk and ads that were on there. This allows my family simplicity and the chance just to share with each other. It allows for phone notifications and is a great way of saving photos in my opinion. Overall, I think it was a great idea and kudos to the developers.
We've been using this app for nearly a year. The bugs/issues we've experienced as far as difficulty uploading pictures on occasion, we've overlooked because overall the app has been great. However, ever since we updated the app, we now can't open it at all. No matter how many times my husband and I have tried, the app won't load at all on either of our phones. This needs to be fixed asap please.
`Sometimes, for some reason, when I try to post a pic, it doesn't work. No error message, just the "finishing" bar, and then nothing. When this happens, I usually can't upload pictures for 1+ weeks, with no feedback. Force quitting the app and restarting my phone have no effect.
