Dreadful. Simply doesnt work. Utter waste of time. How on earth has this been allowed to be released, it is by far the worst app I have tried to use. Card register start date only goes ip to 2019 so anyone with a credit card since then is doomed. Awful UI. Retype same fields eg address several times. I imagine this company will go under soon.
As others have said the App is completely useless! I registered my card details ahead of going the charge point which was fine, get there and try to start the charge and it states cannot charge incorrect card details, which were correct, then noticed it only accepts cards with start date up to 2019. What is that about. Worst part it was a free to use charger that can't be used, absolute rubbish!!
TBH I would have scored 0 Stars as thus app is useless. Finds my location and the public charger no problem. Takes the payment(visa debit) card info in the 1st part of registration ok then asks for the stored card details and cvv2 number. Enter this and it brings up a payment error message so we can't charge the car. Details entered correctly. Put in a 2nd card and got the same message. Waste of time and effort. Ordered a RIFD card from them and it took the £20 payment no problem (same card)
Pretty awful app, awkward to use and the main charge service is expensive enough to make you consider petrol as an alternative. If you drive a hybrid it's 100% a don't bother, get some petrol, for full EVs, if you can get the thing to work, then charge for as little time as you need. Awful, just awful.
Simply useless. Can't even register my bank card for payments. It asks for the starting year of the car and the years in the list run until 2019, my car issue year is 2020. Can't do it manually and I am stuck. Also where is the map. Why can't I see the charge points of a map. I have registered my DD details on the website. Why can't this be transferred into the app when I sign in. Useless."
